A beautiful monument with original equipment from the period of the First Republic, in the style of French stately castles on the Loire. This historic gem is located on the outskirts of Rýmařov, surrounded by a large park with tennis courts.
The villa from the outside resembles a castle. The villa is a brick two-storey building with a Y-shaped floor plan. In front of the facade there is a terrace in the form of a cylindrical roundel. The villa has a high sloping roof with dormers covered with slate. The south facade is seven-axis with small windows with shutters. The construction of the steel truss was made by the Vítkovice Ironworks, the roofing slate comes from the Nízký Jeseník deposits. The rear wing abuts perpendicular to the axis of the front wing. In the attic, there are brick rooms with four-part windows.
